The Lusaka Apex Medical University is a company limited by shares and registered under the Medical and Allied Professions Act, CAP 297. The shareholders appoint a Board of Directors, which in turn appoints Management. Operational rules are contained in the constitution of the University. VISION The Lusaka Apex Medical University will contribute to the global supply of highly qualified health professionals with emphasis on Zambia and Southern Africa. MISSION
